Cancellation Policy
At Snip Snaps Grooming by Oreo and Khai, we value your time and ours. As a mobile grooming service, each appointment is carefully scheduled to ensure every client receives the dedicated, one-on-one care their pet deserves. To confirm appointments, a valid card on file is required when submitting an online booking request. No charges will be made at the time of booking. The card simply secures your reservation and ensures a smooth scheduling process.
A cancellation fee of 30% of the scheduled service total may apply if:
- The Appointment is not cancelled at least 5 hours prior to the scheduled time.
- The groomer arrives and the client is not present or unavailable.
- The pet is found to be in severe matting condition or has aggressive behavior that prevents safe grooming( we do not perform these services).
- There is dishonesty or missinformation regarding the pet's coat condition or temperament that results in service refusal.
We kindly ask for transparencyand timely communication to help us provide the best care and maintain fairness for all clients on our route.Thank you for your understanding and for supporting Snip Snaps Grooming.
Doodle Coat Maintenance Policy
Due to the high-maintenance nature of doodle coats, all doodle breeds (including Goldendoodles, Labradoodles, Sheepadoodles, etc.) are now required to stay on a recurring grooming schedule no longer than every 6 weeks. This policy ensures every doodle remains healthy, mat-free, and comfortable. Doodle coats easily tangle, and when left unattended, matting can cause pain, skin irritation, and unnecessary stress during grooming.
- Appointments beyond 6 weeks will inccur an additional maintenance fee to cover the extra time, tools, and care required.
- Severe matting cases that must be refused for the pet's safety and referred to a veterinarian will be subject to a cancellation fee of 30% of the scheduled service, as the groomer's time and travel are still dedicated to that appointment.
- Clients are encouraged to choose a realistic coat length that matches their lifestyle and helps their pet stay comfortable between grooms.
